    Does anyone know how to use mouse to select an option? I don’t have a dock! And no inputs are being registered

    Man I am getting this exact issue and tried connecting a mouse and a keyboard but its still not recognizing any movement inputs…

      Same here. I could get mouse and keyboard to work, but I keep going to preivous A and the deck just doesn’t work anymore.

      Have you plugged your charger into the Dock and used the arrow keys and enter key to navigate?

    Same, nothing works anymore. I downloading the image again to reflash everything. I only wanted to update my firmware, and now this…

    I had the same issue. I tried holding down the power button for 10 seconds and then restarting the deck. I did this a couple of times before it worked, but after the 3rd time I chose “Current Image B” and it finished installing the updates successfully. I hope this helps.

    I’m getting this screen and I genuinely don’t understand what’s going on. I am NOT a computer programmer.

    What is an “image”?

    There’s no way around this using the Dpad and joysticks? We can’t load image A using the built in interfaces?
