Is anyone else in Southern Ontario having issues with FedEx delivery dates? I ordered on the 16th and was originally told Early estimate: Friday 24th (nothing) Then told: Monday 27th by 8pm (nothing) Then told today (Tuesday 28th) nothing Now I’m being told tomorrow (Wednesday, the 29th) It’s been "out for delivery snice 1pm today. It still says out for delivery but delayed
Just got through to the label spot and waiting on a tracking number! I ordered right when they went live and got the 1TB, hopefully everyone else gets them soon!
That may take a couple of days.

Same, I ordered the 1TB OLED about 40 minutes after they went live and have the notice about Canadian shipping “big shock Canada has a joke shipping network”
Anyways, as of today mine shows packaged.

Just ordered mine, so about 24 hours after a lot of people. Same message. Guess we’ll see how long this takes.
I ordered the Limited Edition model as soon as it went live (took about 15-20 minutes before the order was able to go through since they were having issues) and I am still waiting. It says “Packaged” since I think the 17th but still shows with the message of a backlog to Canada.
It’s kind of ridiculous that non-L.E. models are shipping out fine, but not OLED. If mine is packaged then why wouldn’t it be shipped too alongside the normal OLED models? Valve needs to get their shit together FFS!
Exact same timeframe and model for me, still packaged also. Unfortunately today is Thanksgiving in the US so nothing will be happening today for sure.
Another Limited Edition order here, based out of Quebec. Still at “Packaged Items” stage with no progress. It’s been a week. My order went through EXACTLY at 1pm PST so I have no idea how I could be behind in a queue compared to most people.
to be fair it says right below the “buy now” button on steam’s website:
OLED LE: Estimated Delivery Date: 1-2 weeks
All the other decks: Estimated Delivery Date: 3-5 Business Days
You will get it in about a week. Happened to me before with the dock

Processing backlog to Canada.Mine is supposed to be delivered today, but I’m being charged $75 duty fees for it because it shipped from Ontario to Tennessee and THEN to Alberta :(

There is always a “backlog” as they are shipped from the US to the distributor then fed ex. It should be about 1-2 weeks. The only delays I experienced outside of that was coordinating with fed ex to deliver when I was home.
Monday has passed, didn’t change from “Packaged items” to “Picked up by carrier” even though I refereshed like 1000 times!
I wanted to take one of those “here is my Deck OLED next to Deck LCD, look how much better it is!” pictures! now I can’t 😢
Try refreshing some more. It didn’t work for me but do try anyway 😂

I ordered OLED 512gb on Saturday Nov 18th. It was packaged on Sunday Nov 19th. Still waiting for shipping.
It seems many other folks are also waiting for the shipping step

Ordered 1TB OLED 25 minutes after release, been packaged since Saturday. The Docking Station I bought 2 minutes later will be here tomorrow though :/ so there’s that

I ordered mine at 1:23PM so 23 mins after launch time and it’s stil ”packaged”. I wonder if it will be shipped this week…
