I was pickpocketed a few hours ago. I am trying to get access to my Samsung account using my laptop. I can’t login because it asks me to get the code from my “stolen” phone. Is there anything that I can do?
I tried reaching for support but it requires that I sign in with the code from my “stolen” phone. Should I make another account and tell them everything?
If they’re sending the code via SMS, you need to transfer your cellular service to a different device
Is it the same thing as getting a new sim under the same number to my phone?
