Subaru Gears in a 912

Has anybody used a subaru transmission in a 911/912? I want to change to an EJ engine and I think it might be better to swap to a subaru transmission and use the Subarugears platform as opposed to sourcing a 915 or 930.

My 69’ 912 is a frankenstein of chassis, engine and transmission currently…
