I got one about 90 minutes after launch. I see others still got them 5-6 hours after launch.

I woke up this morning at 9:55 AM to get in front of my computer. Their site crashed probably 10 times before I was able to make my purchase… not only that, the listing for the limited edition steamdeck stated it was out of stock about two minutes after 10 AM when the sales went live. Eventually I was able to make my purchase after refreshing the page 100 times.

I actually had to cancel my order from a different Oled steamdeck that was double purchased. I left some notes in the refund that they really need to work on their site because It really could not handle high traffic volume while making purchases.

I forgot about the launch, checked last night at 2 AM, and had no problems snagging one.

Huge props for adding some safeguards against scammers so it wasn’t sold out instantly.

Took me 30 minutes but went through at 10:30. It already shipped and receive it Tuesday 🙏🏼

I bought mine around 1pm on 11/16. I kept getting an error saying it was out of stock after entering my card info, or an unknown error that said to try again in a few minutes or contact support if it continued. For both errors I would remove it from my cart, them go back to the Buy button and refreshed the page until the out of stock button changed back to “Buy Now” until it finally let me go through the whole process.

Update: I received the tracking number today/Saturday but UPS hasnt picked it up yest and am not sure if they will tomorrow since its Sunday. I should receive it this week hopefully.

A few days late but i had this issue until i saw a suggestion to use paypal and it worked for me. I literally tried like 30 times before i used paypal.
