The battery won’t degrade in 5 years. This car ( if like the previous gen) is super efficient. It has a smallish 66khw battery and can likely get 300miles on a good day. The Korean brands under report their range. In mixed driving in the NY winter I can get the EPA range and close to 300 miles in mixed driving in summer with AC on. If rather see cars get more efficient that stuff then with larger batteries to achieve a high range. Cars that get 1 - 2 miles a kwh make me sad.
