The black bushing on this part is starting to break apart slowly. My suspension also creeks sometimes very loudly and I think it’s this part.

Also what is the purpose of this part? Is it a type of stabilizer? It goes from the frame to the control arm

That’s a strut rod, controls lower control arm from moving back.
