You will struggle as none of them are really premier league, same with all football media it’s predominantly about six teams and than they butcher the names of players from the rest
Guardian Football Weekly covers PL most of the time but also has European and EFL episodes. Also like dipping into the BBC Football Daily - the Monday Night Club edition is up there for me as well but good to catch up on their 5live coverage after games too.
Used to like it but I just can’t take their absolute adoration of referees and every single shit decision they inadvertently will defend. They actually blamed arsenal for getting Mason fired and after Newcastle the vitriol they had against Arteta… I just deleted it. Which is too bad because apart the referee nonsense they are a decent podcast but they talk about it as if the check was in the mail every single week.

Yep. I especially love the moments when their teams shit the bed. The podcast takes on a spicier flavor.
It’s not just about the Premier League but I’m enjoying The Rest is Football, with Lineker, Shearer and Micah Richards.
Love the podcast. A good mix of three players in different generations. Recently, they got too comfortable with each other and the banter is absolutely top.
Great shout, it’s excellent. Neville and Co. Have a similar one, stick to football, I think it is called, its more recent that linekars but its also decent, its got Keane and Wrighty on so you can can imagine.
The other 14 is a good podcast mate.
Totally football show is my favourite.
Used to like the guardian one but find Max Rushen increasingly irritating.

I enjoy The Club but mostly the lads winding each other up.
Yeah that’s a very specific form of entertainment for a very specific mood. It can be equally as insufferable as entertaining based on your mood.

It’s a paid for podcast after that.
Usually have the likes of Jonathan Wilson on to recap the weekend’s action.
Can be 90 mins on occasion but is largely entertaining and a staple listen post weekend.
‘The rest is football’ its the only one thats funny interesting and not absolutely biased. Its got Shearer, Lineker and Micah Richards in, absolutely hilarious at times seems strange to hear them swearing though after watching them on motd for years.
How in the world have you had time to listen to every other football podcast? I listen to one every couple weeks if I’m lucky lol
Totally Football for me is the best. Can actually get some insight rather than ‘they didn’t look up for it’ type analysis.
