For handball instances with natural or unnatural position of hands in front of goal they should use ball trajectory technology like in cricket. If the trajectory is on target then give handball and penalty. If it isn’t then leave it as it is. Because considering deliberate handballs and unnatural positions of hands are still a bit subjective. In some matches it’s given, in others it isn’t.
