I’ve never seen a soccer game abroad in person. I am going to watch almost all the games that I can watch in Italy for two weeks. Should I make a reservation much earlier before I go? Or should I make a reservation 2-3 days before I go? (When do you have good prices and good seats?)
I want to watch matches like Atalanta Lecce, Genoa Inter, Juventus Roma.
Buy as soon as you can, especially for bigger games like Juventus/Roma. Tickets go on sale 1-3 weeks before matchday, depending on the team, and you should buy them through the official team website (or wherever it links you).
Be sure to set up accounts with each team you are interested in getting tickets for. There is typically a cell phone verification step which can be problematic once you’re in Italy if you are using a local sim and don’t have access to texts.
I’m an Atalanta fan, this year will be very hard to get a ticket, since the works on the Curva Sud, less tickets available! You need to be really quick on getting them. Usually 2 weeks before the game you can buy them from Atalanta official site, via VivaTicket!
