For those of you who bet on sports, why would this be the case? By all accounts they are a far superior team, but they’re +115 to win this Saturday. Is there something I’m missing in this matchup?

Everton easily won their last matchup 5-1 against Brighton.I think attack wise Everton looked improved in creating chances.I think Europa League is a distraction for Brighton this season
OP doesn’t know how to calculate probability from odds.
Brighton have 1 win in their last 7. Better team on paper and that’s why they’re favourites, but away from home against a Dyche side, the odds make sense.
I gotta say, if your level of knowledge is just “team good, team bad” then maybe risking money on it isn’t the best thing to be doing.
Brighton have struggled against a low block and not won a game where they have had over 70% possession this season. Everton will sit back and try and hit them on the break. Should be an interesting game.
