Say what you will about r/soccer but atleast pointless posts like this don’t get allowed there.

What do the mods here do?

This is as someone who believes Messi is the GOAT.

Ronaldo as good as he is and as charitable as he is still can’t help but act like a petty fuck when he loses and act like an absolute tool when he wins. His fanbase are exactly like him too so no surprise there.

His arrogance is unfortunately not like Muhammad Ali’s leading to the reason why so many don’t like Ronaldo as a person even though they think he is a fantastic footballer

I’m a fan of neither directly. I love football. So its completely without bias when I say your comment about fanbase applies to both sides fanbases in this boring tiresome argument. And yes that includes you.

Last night, when Ronaldo was playing in the Saudi league, the entire stadium was chanting “Messi”. It was beautiful af.

It’s his opinion, shared by many around the world. Just as many have the opinion that Messi deserved it.

What the fuck difference does it make to any of our lives? None. Yet you idiots post about this every 2 hours. Absolute clowns. Must be like 15, right?

Many might not agree with me but this is coming from a United fan, He sure does have an ego because he wouldn’t be where he is today amongst the best in the history of football but he is also surrounded by yes man and sometimes it will create a person that will only hear himself and be around those who only agrees with him. Ronaldo ignoring Gary Neville recently was nothing, but it really showed him as a person because they were team mates… I understand Neville might have said something which he didn’t like but Ronaldo showed how he handled any comments which is against him. Him complaining about the chefs and whining about everything at United wasn’t false but the way he spoke about United after the interview with the likes of Piers Morgan also is another one. Ronaldo stated the issues at United which was obvious for the past 10 years but he used that excuse to blame it all on everyone else but himself, showed his lack of professionalism.

You could have an ego and still act professional, haaland showed more professionalism than ronaldo did and ronaldo wasn’t even at the event
