I’m definitely feeling this way now, we’ve seen two geats Duke it out for 15 years or so and the drop off from them is a chasm to say the least.

I just couldn’t care less who wins next year and so on…this could just be growing apathy with the competition because its become so predictable (ironically cos of Leo and Ronaldo) but I don’t know. In a way letting other players shine is good and it’s time for a new generation to dominate but maybe this hinting at the end of the two goat era has more significance than we’re realising.

Or I could just be musing and next years competition is exciting again, who knows. Let’s see next year.
