Just so it’s clear, this case is not about whether someone can put “Trump too small” on a T-shirt. They absolutely can.

The question is whether someone can trademark the phrase and thus prohibit everyone else from putting “Trump too small” on different T-shirts. The DoJ argues they can’t trademark it, which means that everyone else can also put the phrase on a T-shirt or other products (unlike, say, “Super Bowl”).

The DoJ isn’t doing Trump any favors.

Ah, yes. The Moony Times. I suppose it was just a matter of time before someone linked to that troll site.

You should probably click the link and read the tshirt before commenting. It actually about policy issues not his genitals.

I previously added the quote “Now you can buy it in Medium, Large, Extra-Large, or in the size of Trump’s manhood, Small.” to the link. I removed it because I also think it’s kind of stupid.

I can imagine that everything they state is well thought through, there is going to be an important Supreme Court decision. Maybe they try to include this kind of insult in the case.

I’m not trying to start an argument but I don’t see anywhere in the OP’s article where it specifically mentions Trump’s genitals. The closest I can find is:

“Despite outward appearances, this case is really not about Trump or the size of his policies or [body parts],” said Ms. Sunderji.

            Did I miss it?

I’ll tell you what. The day Trump stops attacking people for their appearance and physical attributes, we’ll quit giving him a taste of his own medicine. Sound good, bud? Fantastic.

To be fair, female Democrats aren’t legislating male bodies. It’s all on male conservatives (for the most part. Female conservatives aren’t blameless in their control of other women.). Conservatives should stop controlling sexual lives of people. In addition, they should stop enacting laws that involves controlling women. Then maybe your comment is more receptive.
