Yes of course he would, Messi is just better. He would have contributed way more than Haaland did (who contributed a hell of a lot) to City’s treble win. Football isnt G/A or Trophies won.
Also Messi has had Haaland’s season in 2018 and he finished 5th.

You know why? Because -ability wise - Messi is much better than Haaland. If Haaland played with any other Premier league team, he would not have achieved anything.
Messi had ability for 3 weeks. Did fuck all the rest of the season. Put haaland in any other team other than man city and he still does better than Messi’s shit show at PSG. Messi without the help of the refs doesn’t win the world cup
