He’s ended United’s trophy drought. He cleared deadwood. He’s bringing a change in dressing room attitude (eg - Sancho not being allowed until he apologizes) and honestly, United aren’t playing THAT bad. Yesterday’s 3-0 loss was wayyy better than last year’s 6-3. Also losing 3-0 to City isn’t that shameful considering the form and desperation we are in.

The fans, management and players have to back him and give him time. He’ll bring a change. It takes time, fixing a 10 year long fuck up. Can’t be done in 4-6 months, will need a year or so at least. Have faith

(Ps I’m a City fan)

If he had a better back line I’d be more harsh but it’s been disaster after disaster. Wonder if he’s going to burn out.

He’ll have this season unless it gets much worse or something off the pitch happens, it’ll be after 10 or so games next season if things don’t improve then his job will be at risk imo

I kind of agree, but yesterday was the first utd match I’ve watched with zero hope of a result. I’m very worried. Alot of his signings and selection have been dubios.

If you look at the state Arsenal was in when Arteta first came in as gaffer and where they are now it’s night and day. It takes time to build a team, it takes time to build a system.

We shouldn’t be exclaiming for a sacking as soon as shit starts hitting the fan, unless it’s diarrhea and it can’t be managed.

Let’s be real, a little change to the squad (bringing Sancho in) might help or improve and ETH isn’t at a level where he doesn’t need to rely on “good” players to get job done. ETH doesn’t deserve Sancho’s respect, results show.

Needs to be a candid discussion with the Board about what on Earth is going on there. Even when they win, they’re shit. I think ETH is a really good coach, I wanted him at Newcastle after Bruce went. But something isn’t working and a decision needs to be made on whether he can change this, and whether the Board is prepared to grant him resources and latitude to make that happen.

Quotes like, we executed the game plan perfectly, after a 3-0 defeat, are frankly ridiculous and make me feel he has lost belief and wants to be sacked.

The dutch dome is the greatest manager in the world. Fans of football should be elated at the project one hag is doing.
