I don’t think either leaves before summer but if I had to pick one I’d lean Ten Hag. New part owner, new DoF who may or may not jive with ETH. Wasn’t it reported he didn’t want to work with Rangnick? If there are any instances of butting heads, ownership can use ETH as a scapegoat with the old “well, we bought HIS players” line and then point to their current form.

This does ignore a lot of the injuries problems United have had (as well as the Sancho debacle) with established players and incoming ones.
