Hopefully they have learnt that 3 coaches in one season a hiring without a plan just leads to disaster. Poch / Chelsea is not a good team by any means, with 1-2 players that would have a place in a title contender team, and all the others perhaps would even struggle to find a place as a first team regulars in Brighton.
Lets see if Nkunku will be a game changer once he is back.
