I am trying to “select all” and download photos from Jottacloud but I don’t see an option. I only see a way of selecting one day at a time max.

I have about 2 TB of photos/videos that I would like to download to have a local copy but cannot figure out how to do so.

In their help articles they mention using the desktop app; however, I do not see all of my photos in the desktop app?

Anybody familiar with how to do this? Thanks!
