Wasn’t there something about him drinking raw milk every day or is that just something made and it’s just regular milk because up because can’t you get Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria ?
If you’re really interested, this might help.
Raw/unpasteurized milk is not inherently dangerous. Same way raw eggs, or fish, or meat, aren’t either. You either have pathogens or parasites in the food, or you don’t. Solid sanitation practices assure that you don’t.
In Europe at least, drinking unpasteurized milk is very common.
Raw milk isn’t pasteurized to kill bacteria. You can get sick with e.coli, listeria, salmonella and other bacterial diseases. I looked online and it isn’t banned in the EU but states can regulate how to purchase it. Does he drink it, maybe? Some people believe there are health benefits
I worked on dairy farms for 10 years and it’s common for almost every dairy farmer to drink raw milk / use it for cereal, teas coffees etc. It’s supposed to be really good for gut health, I’m told. I’ve personally never known anyone to get sick from the milk, unless they’ve been used to drinking skimmed milk and they can’t process the full strength stuff. That’s not to say it can’t happen, but if it’s your place of work, you should know if your hygiene standards are good enough, and that your cows are healthy.
Inspite of all the raw milk I’ve drank, my football skills have not improved.
I’ve been thinking of giving it a go for 3-4 months just to see what’s it like but I’m a bit worried about the health side of things with it
it is not worth the risk to drink raw milk. getting E.Coli, Salmonella, etc is no joke. you’re more likely to end up in the hospital than get any of the benefits of probiotics. just eat yogurt or kefir or take a probiotic supplement.
Don’t do it. He prolly has been drinking raw milk since very young. He is immune
bruh pasteurization was created for a reason. don’t drink raw milk. hell in fact stop drinking milk. it’s baby cow formula. not meant for human consumption which is why the majority of humans are lactose intolerant. eat cheese not milk
