Thought on Intel DBS1200SPLR as a motherboard for a compact low power home server?

My only requirements are running Nextcloud and Jellyfin and with two 6TB HDD and ECC Ram inside a compact case and with a Celeron/Pentium processor that runs as quietly as possible when idling.

I’ve seen the Intel DBS1200SPLR which looks like a good motherboard that could make me potentially tick al the boxes. Is it good?
