Sure, Son had an off season last season, and Haaland is just starting his second season, but god, all bias and rivalries aside, those three are masters of hitting the back of the net. Haaland at 9, Son on 8, and Salah on 7. They’re just brilliant at what they do and I’m thankful I’m watching so many games of the era they active in.

Finally a post which actually has some content which doesnt rot your brain reading

As someone who loves football first and foremost, its great seeing them compete at the same time, same way I literally awe at every opportunity to watch Kevin De Bruyne, knowing there will never be a midfielder like him again, its a privilege as a football enjoyer to watch him

It’s also great that all of them are just cool guys. Salah and Son just seem like extremely nice people.

Haaland was programmed to only play football so this doesn’t apply to him.

Jokes aside, Haaland also strikes me as a pretty chill dude.

Quality finishers still are the rarest and thus most expensive players since pretty much forever.

It always makes me laugh when fans bleat that their team just needs a proven goalscorer and they will be golden. Like it’s that easy. You’ve got the 3 OP mentioned, then what Watkins, Wilson, Toney. Except for Kane that’s literally all the proven goalscorers. And 3 of those are a clear tier below.

Its why the bidding frenzy for Osimhen is going to be intense next summer. Assuming Mbappe is going to RM, Osimhen is literally the only POTENTIAL elite goal scorer on the market next year.

I don’t even think RM want Mbappé, because why are they dropping anyone from that front three

It’s a front 2. Bellingham is a cam in a diamond. Outside of being the best final 3rd player itw, we want mbappe because he enables vini to play out wide and gives him someone to link up with which we saw makes him a menace when we had benzema. On top of that his pace let’s him keep up with vini on transition

Salah and Son have been my two favorite players to watch in Football for seemingly a decade now. They are both two of the most humble players I’ve ever had the privilege of watching. Salah is a magician w/the ball at his feet as that goal against City where he effectively made Cancelo, the best Rb itw rn imo, look like a toddler before proceeding to dribble past 2 to 3 more of City’s defenders, like they were parking cones, before slotting the ball past Ederson is the single best individual goal I’ve had the privilege of witnessing live, and one of the Top All Time individual goals I’ve seen in general, when also factoring the difficulty of the opposition asw.

Son is probably the most humble player I’ve had the privilege to watch and remember nervously rooting for South Korea to win the 2018 Asian Games, like it was my own Country, to avoid him having to leave to serve in the military for roughly 2 years. He’s also one of the most explosive players that I’ve ever seen play and his ability to finish w/both feet from any range is 2nd to none and like Salah, I feel that he’s still effectively in his Prime at 31 years of age.

And Haaland is just such a rare talent that comes around one every few decades. He’s a phenom and I haven’t enjoyed watching someone at the Striker position like him, in any League, since Ibrahimovic in his Prime, who’s my all time favorite Striker so if he stays injury free he has the potential to be one of, if not the greatest Striker that the Prem has ever seen if he remains here throughout the majority of his career.

With all that being said I think that the Prem is in good hands atm and I’m probably one of the few Liverpool supporters that thinks Salah has no price tag high enough to sell Salah, he should be given an extension as soon as possible because he’s still has at least 5 years left in his Prime since he’s a physical specimen that is in tremendous shape and rarely ever is he unavailable. I also believe that due to the financial resources that the Saudi League has that they will still want him as much at 35/36 years of age, as they do now, and more importantly he is irreplacable atm, not only to Liverpool, but to the Premier League as a whole at this point in time so it would be a bigger loss if he left within the year, as opposed to 4 or 5 years from how because young players like Saka, for example, are still a ways away from being able to take up the torch from him at the Winger position rn.

I mean, he is a Liverpool fan, we’ve got take solace in the fact that he didn’t claim that TAA is the best RB in the world right now…
