2·2 days agoLived in a hot and humid place my whole life. Wear as little clothing as you are comfortable with and build a swamp cooler if possible. Also try filling the bathtub with cool water (use ice if you have to) and chill in it

I need online forums that require credentials to enter. Like I want to argue with other PhDs in my subfield instantly and publicly. Is that too much too ask?
They assume that Egyptians are “terrorists” because they are Muslim. They also assume Egyptians hate America because we have a habit of slaughtering Muslims. Also Palestine

Rugged individualism and idealism. We have long been conditioned to view these things as a personal moral failure rather than the inevitable result of social pressures. Mainly because this is more convenient for our masters.
