The gameplay in Alan wake 2 is whatever and I also lowered the difficulty to get it out of the way, but the story, and how it unfolds is superbly done, it’s so worth sticking to it. It’s a truly well crafted piece of art. Creative, visually stricking with fantastic atmosphere, great narrative moments, and excellent acting. My only other critique were the puzzles (boring af) and the side content, (unnecessary padding but easily ignored).

Historically, it’s been big, life consuming RPGs like the witcher 3, but I just can’t seem to be able to sink my teeth into one lately, my latest attempt being Kingdom Come Deliverance, Which currently sits on the - unfinished games- limbo. Great game and story, just not clicking with some mechanics.
Also rogue-lites. ( currently - I guess I can count it as one- Withering Rooms, amazing game that has been recommended before in the sub.) Which I’ve been playing while taking a break from Khazan.
the alternative also being not playing videogames at all, sometimes for years at a time.
I ended up having to work so I couldn’t engage further. :S but hey I got a mention haha.
Sometimes, as teenagers while partying and drunk af we suddenly got a national pride surge, and sang the national anthem at the top of our lungs. It’s just so good. Also nothing unites us Mexicans more than singing it before a football match.
Shame the lyrics are all about war when we have all sorts of cool things here but what can you do. (They do ignite something deep within tho haha)
