This is a legitimate option per EU guidelines btw. They just want you to accept cookies.
What app do you use btw?
What app do you use? Some people are saying it never happens to them
Plus one for taking language lessons. Even if you don’t plan on getting fluent, it will help you settle in a lot more

Alyssa is an absolute legend. Every time I read a banger blog post I check the author, and on multiple sites she comes up as the OP.
Dang, looks really good with a passionate dev. Unfortunately doesn’t look open source
Reddit thread paints a sad picture. Product founder without a technical co-founder. Isn’t able to articulate market fit. Doesn’t trust his engineer’s work. Yikes

From a entrepreneur point of view, this looks like a clear monetization attempt. Gather content from federated communities, sell to investors on the name “fediverse”. B2C is generally very hard to pull off because there’s so much competition so I doubt they’ll succeed, but there is that saying about seeing what sticks on the wall.
Also, from both a user and entrepreneur point of view, you need to break into markets by starting small. The fediverse heavily leveraged the open source community to get started. I personally would not be on Lemmy if Lemmy wasn’t AGPL. ClubsAll doesn’t have that.
With no ill intent, I hope they fail. They’re not contributing, and we don’t need proprietary cancer in the fediverse.
My understanding was Teflon didn’t do anything bad to the body?
On mobile so won’t grab all the links, but I’ve done a lot of research into air purifiers and can echo what most people said
There’s a few situations
You like the current duopoly, perpetually vote Dems and accept Republicans will take office some terms
You don’t like the current duopoly, vote third party, and accept you’re helping Republicans take office this term
If Republicans getting into office a few more terms means “the end of democracy” or “the end of X rights”, democracy and x rights are already on their way out. If more people voting third party makes the dems push for ranked voting or adopt policies that will solve the perpetual voting issue, then that lays the groundwork for a democratic future.
See you at the ballot box.
Your point would make a lot more sense if the continuous “Dems vs Republicans” for decades didn’t bring us to this point. But alas, we’re in a bad spot where “this election” is the “most important” one yet. Yeah right lmao. Cya at the ballet box
We have an obligation and a moral duty to fight fascism at the ballot box
Nah the whole thing is a joke. The Dems are corrupt but the Republicans are worse, so I feel a moral obligation to support neither.
Nah I’m the kind of person who realizes a constant vote for the “lesser evil” is a slow slip into facism, and I would rather rip off the bandaid instead.
My goal is to never vote for the Dems or Republicans after 2016 so thanks for telling me I’m no closer but I think I am.
Knowing that I’ve made that commitment to myself let’s me vote for the candidates I actually want, without fear of “causing the worse of the two” to win
Holy crap, what a based media outlet.
Media matters - I’ll personally remember that name and you should to. Real journalism. Based.
