But fascism is a specific governmental type. Capitalism is very closely linked but you’re making some while assumptions about why I am saying imperialism is different from attacking the homeland. I don’t think there is any connection. What reason would the elites of the world have for funding authoritarian groups in every country and manipulating the algorithms to support such a push? There is just no upside for them, like better control of the levers of power or blind obedience of the masses, which would definitely NOT happen under fascism.

we are still rocketing towards 3c by mid century. We are still losing species at an accelerating rate. I have nothing but respect for the people devoting their lives to fight against this, but it amounts to pissing in the wind.
