Sorry to have to tell you, but the USA is a fascist police state that uses for-profit concentration camps and forced labor on people that have not been convicted of a crime. These concentration camps do not provide adequate medical care among many other human rights violations.

Agreed. These do seem like local police.
ICE seems to be a catch all term for many different federal “agencies” as well as the local police that moonlight/bounty hunt for ICE.
They are fascists either way.
Her daughter confirmed she was on her way to chemotherapy appointment and is a citizen. The truck had been following her and she stopped in the gas station to ask for help because she was scared.
