35·1 天前Eh, neural networks as they exist now are close enough it’s safe to assume. Our brains work pretty similarly with clusters of information and calling on them selectively based on their assigned value.
I go as far as to classify a person using an ai tool as part of its neural network, if they’re making decisions and affecting the world as a result of using the tool.
Years ago we used to hypothesize that an ai governance was the only way to be equitable to everyone. Now it just turns out it does the same thing as any market-worshipping crackhead.
