Pat McCaw started off his career with 3 consecutive NBA titles. 2 with the Warriors and 1 with the Raptors. I think he’s still got to be like 25 years old but he’s been out of the league. What happened to him and would the Warriors be interested in bringing him back? Also are there any other role players in a position to bounce around elite teams and pile up a crazy amount of championship rings?
Nephew never watched Horry play. The man was a good player who swung games and series. Dont compare him to a bum like McCrow
Regarding McCaw, somewhat recently he signed for a team in Belgium(?) and got his ass deported. Something to due with passport issues iirc.
yea it wasnt really his fault but the paperwork got fucked up and he had the wrong passport/visa which there isnt any wiggle room for, so he got deported ><, sucks coz whatever team he was about to go to was a lock to win it all
Danny Green has 3 rings from 3 different teams.
KCP has one ring each from the Lakers and Nuggets.
Pat McCaw is not good. I don’t even think he’d find a spot in the G-League. The warriors are not taking him back lol
Both players obviously has quite a collection of rings but the amount of contribution between them is so far apart…
McCaw is 28 and he’s attempting a comeback. I actually can’t believe he was with the Raptors for three seasons. Thought it was only one. And it was only two seasons ago he was cut loose.
He suffered a spinal injury in a bad fall when with the Warriors and it pretty much ruined his career. He had benign masses grow in his left leg with the Raptors starting in 2019 and he pretty much didn’t play from 2019 through 2021 before being cut. Injuries destroyed his career. He’s viewed as damaged goods but if he can prove he still can play and hasn’t lost skills and has some athleticism left he can probably find himself into a 10-day down the line.
Javale McGee was a better player and deserved even more to be compared to Horry. Hell, he even has a gold medal at the Olympics.
You really just compared Patrick McCaw to Robert Horry.
Horry was a starter on those two Rockets title teams
