I want havertz in place of partey. I think he’ll do some damage to his old team as is always the case when former players face us.
I want to see partey in the 8 role with rice as 6. I think partey will thrive playing xhaka’s position - he’s got better final passing and goal threat from outside the box.

Why? I feel like someone lifted 200 pounds of weight from my chest when Partey plays.
For me the best DM we had since Patrick Viera. Not that the competition was great but Partey is an absolute animal.

i think we have enough cover for Zinny’s defensive woes tho. getting covered by Rice, Partey, big Gabi and Saliba would give him the freedom to cook in his inverted role imo

Would love to see this. We haven’t played those players together this season right? Jesus was injured a few games and so was Martinelli, Partey and Zinchenko. And Saka was missing last game with Gabriel on the bench the first few games. And Raya was signed later in the window.
