In common wisdom sunflower oil causes heart disease. The sunflower oil here almost perfectly correlates with areas of high heart disease (except the UK). But it’s mostly the ex soviet union states where heart disease is high, so it could just be anything, like alcoholism. It’s interesting nonetheless.
