Really loved this movie from top to bottom. What a creepy slice of escalating tension that just draws you in and does not let go for even a second. I would say the film is Barbarian meets Saint Maud in terms of tone but it really is its own thing entirely. Hugh Grants monologues are sooo captivating and the whole take on iterations of songs, monopoly, and even star wars perfectly straddles the line of creepy sinister yet also riotously funny. Do yourself a favor and catch this one in Dolby Vision! had the pleasure of seeing it that way and the sound / music is perfecto. A24 delivers.
