Is waiting 3-12 months to see pretty much any doctor (except for some pediatricians) the new normal in most places now or is this a Tucson problem exclusively?

My frame of reference post COVID has been living in two cities and the previous one didn’t seem to be as backed up seeing general and specialty doctors as it is here.

This can’t continue this way… can it!?
