Gaming on macs was always dependent on apple opening up their walled garden to cooperations. The one with Nvidia on the GPU front failed, Intel couldn’t deliver on good CPU’s. Maybe apple should build a superefficient M3 gaming-mac, but the question is who wants to game on a Mac with soldered parts, when they can have a device that they can upgrade every year?
