You can pry my Brother color laser out of my cold, dead grasp if you manage to fight off all other claimants. I will bequeath it to my descendants. It shall become an heirloom of my house.
Same. I replaced a Dell color laser multifunction with a Brother color laser and the Brother easily weighed 15 more pounds. Since there’s a cost to shipping such weight, I knew it has to have better materials, probably with metal gears instead of plastic. That reminds me, I need to find a video on giving it some lube in the important places. I don’t want it getting all fussy on me.
So he is being honest. Ok. I would rather execs just fess up to their schemes than carry on some charade that they’re not greedy assholes trying to fuck all of us over.
Not that their schemes aren’t obvious to those paying attention.
Our HP all-in-one is really old but it’s been great overall. And we only use HP ink cartridges. But idk if I want to give them my money when it is time for a new printer.
In an ideal world I kind of think printer manufacturers should be prohibited from this practice since it is anti competitive. But what do I know.
I use the instant ink and it is convenient. I don’t know how I am locked in, though, unless they’re just counting on me being too lazy to buy ink.
Same. I’m on the cheapest plan that works out to about £30 a year. For the amount I use the printer, that’s cheaper than buying ink once a year.
Laser toner is about £30 for 1500 pages B/W.
Cool I guess
