Test was carried out during a late-summer day in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. They drove on actual busroutes and stopped at the bus stops. The goal was to drive for over 24 hours on a single service trying to simulate regular service. The bus was also filled with weighted dolls in the seats to simulate an average load. The total gross weight of the vehicle was 16.5 tonnes (metric). Driver changes were done as well.
Eventually they managed to do:
- 547km driven
- 26 hours and 14 minutes driven
- 21km/h (average speed)
- 1.4 stops/km
