Hey guys am planing on purchasing the new steam deck oled 512GB Next week but I saw this back case and hear a lot of mixed reviews on the temps and air flow is it worth buying I hear some saying temps drop 3 to 5 degrees well that’s what I hear Will it affect any other components or it’s it a great buy? I never owned a steam deck but this definitely looks cool to have
No. The OLED runs much cooler. Like high 60 low 70’s with Starfield.
When you got your steam deck with the shipping carrier require a signature from you?
The JSAUX shells are significantly heavier…I used to run purple one on my LCD steam deck and vs the OLED, it was a huge difference. I’m keeping the OLED in its stock shell until we get more shells available and hopefully light weight ones.
