    I don’t know, but I fixed it by doing usb reboot. There might be a better way, but at the time when I got this problem, getting new drivers and stuff didn’t work.

    It might be an issue with the GPU? Try to connect it to a TV or monitor with an HDMI cable and see if that fixes it.

    duplicate the issue with other software and OS to determine if it’s hardware related

    back up data and then try loading it on linux boot just to see what happens
