Charged it at 7:55pm. Went to sleep with the watch woke up around 80%. It’s 2pm and it’s at 22%. I haven’t used the watch other than wear it to keep time. Its just doing the regular things like heart beat and tracking steps. Haven’t used it for work out or any of the other stuff. Battery health is at 99%. Just got this last week. Is this normal use? Thought it was quoted 36 hours battery life under regular use.
My battery life on my watch ultra and 15pro are amazing right now fully updated
There was a bug with watch OS10.1 where third party apps were tanking battery life. My series 8 was dying every 4 hours or so. For me, uninstalling the MobyFace app resolved the issue. When 10.1.1 dropped, I didn’t bother to reload the app. So if you have the MobyFace app, it may be worth trying to remove it

You’re just showing off your fancy shirt and fancy watch… Looks great though.
My battery health is awesome on my AWU2 and it lasts 2+ days with constant daytime wear and daily 1.5-2 hour workouts.
HOWEVER, I wear short-sleeve polos at work so the watch face isn’t being constantly touched (hence, the display is dimmed and complications aren’t displayed).
Yesterday, I wore a long-sleeve button up shirt like the one you’re wearing in the picture, and my battery was at 30% prior to my afternoon workout.
Today, I wore my usual style short-sleeve polo, and my watch is back to normal battery consumption.
So, I’m not 100% sure it’s the constant touching of the face from the shirt sleeve that killed my battery, but I’d say I’m 95-99% sure that’s what happened.
Wear a different short sleeve shirt all day and see if it magically fixes itself. 🤷🏻
I was just thinking this, over the last few days I’ve only been able to get about 24hrs ish with my usual use (normally 2 workouts a day & using the watch to control music etc) whereas before hand I was getting nearly 45ish hours from 100% down to about 10%

Yeah mines pretty old but would easily make it from wake to bedtime. Today I put it on and it completely died within 5 hours. It’s also taking forever to charge enough to turn back on. This was never an issue before.

It’s from the latest update. My watch would drain its battery within 4 hours. A fix that worked for me was fully resetting it. I wasn’t worried about the reset, since the data on it was automatically backed up during the process.
Hope this helps!
I charge my ultra 2 every 48 hours. Love the battery life. Hopefully it stays that way.
Re-sync it. It’s confused from an update
By re-sync I mean reset it, pair it with your phone. It’s might be having issues with wireless or Bluetooth syncing. I’m no expert but I’ve had this happen from time to time after a beta update.
Umm 🤔 have you ever had an iwatch? This is on point
