It’s already cockeyed. Just drive a few inches in the direction it’s already leaning.
Get another jack and jack it quarter inch higher. Remive that jack amd toss it in the trash.
Push the car from the other side. It will fall off the jack and you can get it. Next time only raise the vehicle enough to get the tire off
