Brand new uca, and the UBJ came with these messed up threads (i think? I mean they look pretty effed). How can I fix them??

Body Work. Questions related to dings, dents, accidents, paint and so forth DO NOT belong here. Take the car to an auto body repair shop who can give you a qualified estimate.
