Without knowing why it’s like that, there’s no way to say yes or no. It’s certainly not a good sign.
Is the other side slanted the same amount, or are they different?
I used to own a fwd and the rear tires were both cambered in pretty aggressively.Yeah, FWD cars with a torsion beam solid axle in the back tend to camber pretty hard, especially when it’s loaded in the back

This looks to be a 2010-2015 Hyundai Tucson.
OP, could you provide a bit more information? Did this occur randomly or as the result of some kind of impact, and are there any unusual noises or vibrations?
Also, if you could get down on the ground and take some photos of the rear suspension and inside of the wheel it would be quite useful to determine the cause of your issue.
With it leaning like that it could be minor to a severe issue. So drive at your own risk
This is not “slightly” slanted, its VERY slanted for a road vehicle. Start with checking bushings and bolts for a failure. I would not drive this unless its a low speed, short trip to the shop. No highway.
make sure the tire is ON with not over torqued lug nuts. this cambered my tires negatively as well as the lugs were stripped. next move would be tierods
Your wheels were like this because the lugs were stripped, not simply because they were overtorqued.

Tie rods are most definitely not the issue.
