    Basically they need to rely on the other promoted teams continuing to be shit. Don’t see how there is a ‘best time’ to get a 10 pt penalty tbh.

      Everton are in good form and playing for the manager. Were that not the case this ruling could have depleted all morale and fighting spirit in the squad. I’d wager most people give them a decent chance at staying up and can recognise there’s more to that belief than simply the competition currently being poor.
