Zero issues with my 75,000 Mile Corolla. I’ll keep y’all updated over the next 4 decades
Yeah I can depend on my Kia getting stolen…
Lots of comments from people who’ve never owned a Kia.
What a surprise
The list has a good bit to do with JD powers being biased, but keep in mind the list covers all models not just a specific one. And if one model sells more or has a higher total number of problems it effects the entire brand in the listing. That being said. Toyota does not make everything perfect. So it makes sense, for example any Toyota’s not made in Japan tend to have a higher frequency of issue, the same can be said for Mazda and other Asian brands. Assembly in Asia tends to be good compared to assembly in Mexico or the u.s. That being said tho my understanding was the Chevy Silverado was itself at the at the top end of the most likely to have warranty work required based on that year model vehicles. So Chevy’s getting pulled by other models then their trucks and ev’s.
That list is a joke
I own a Chevy Volt. It has 1 $700 problem in 8 years of ownership. I’m a bit scared to keep it longer but sht has been reliable and is not worth much in used market.
Is dodge or Kia more dependable than a Mazda? Mmm no
Subaru and Honda being so low is mind boggling
It’s just Kia and Chevy trying to cover their ass. Kia especially between the thefts, engine issues, and god knows what else.
I feel like this is based off donations to JD power
JD Power offers “consulting services”. They come into your plant and look at your processes and make recommendations that will decrease your “problems per vehicles” that help it score better. Meantime anything that a customer doesn’t like its a “problem”.
