    you can join cut cables together with a back-to-back adapter but expect some signal/speed loss. better to change the whole cable and maybe run it inside a conduit if it’s outside.

    Should be able to put a connector on Borge the cut ends, and get anew cable to stretch between the cut ends. Barrel the new cable to the cut ones that you put fittings on and should be good to go
